A few more independent music stores now, for those of you hoping to get your hands on a ‘Wot’s…’ CD.
I mentioned Shake It Records (of Cincinnati, Ohio) earlier this week. Here are some more of their prices: two-disc, $16.99; three-disc, $33.99; four-disc, $41.99.
Shipping anywhere outside the US is a flat rate of $7.95, within the US is just $2.80. The first 40 orders will get the bonus CD, so be quick.
Bull Moose Music has ten stores scattered across Maine and New Hampshire. They won’t ship the ‘Wot’s…’ CD, as they’re saving those for store customers, but do have a look at where you can find them, if a visit is possible.
Their prices, at least for the first week, are as follows: two-disc, $12.97; three-disc, $25.97; four-disc, $35.97; vinyl, $89.98.
The Electric Fetus (with three locations in Minnesota) can take online orders, for your
convenience. Their prices are $18.99, $33.22 and $47.47. International postage is $6.75.
Looney Tunes of West Babylon, New York have prices of $19.98, $34.98, $49.98 – and $108.98 for the vinyl set. All can be shipped internationally, so contact them for a quote.
Just to remind you – and I’m sorry if it’s getting boring – that the five-disc deluxe set is only available at Best Buy in the States. So, if you ask any store in the US to get you a five-disc set, you will likely be offered an import from Europe. This will be a lot more expensive than getting one from Best Buy, and you still won’t get a ‘Wot’s…’ CD thrown in.
Indie stores may well stock all versions, except for the five-disc deluxe. However, you only get ‘Wot’s…’ on CD if you buy a CD set; the vinyl box set does not count, apparently.
